Michael Fritsch
Partner
Michael Fritsch is a partner at LPREG. Mr. Fritsch has 6 years of real estate investing experience. Prior to starting LPREG in 2021, Mr. Fritsch held multiple roles in the FP&A, Corporate Strategy, and Capital Markets groups at Annaly Capital Management, Inc and sat on the Investment Committee for commercial real estate and middle market lending transactions. Prior to that, Mr. Fritsch worked in the real estate investment banking division at Morgan Stanley. Mr. Fritsch received a B.A. in Accounting from Sacred Heart University.
Denis Kalic

Denis Kalic is a partner at LPREG. Mr. Kalic has 9 years of real estate investing experience. Prior to starting LPREG in 2021, Mr. Kalic held multiple roles in Macro Strategy and Risk groups at Annaly Capital Management, Inc and sat on the Investment Committee for commercial real estate and middle market lending transactions. Mr. Kalic received a B.S. in Computer Science from Siena College.
